Healthy through the winter – giving flu & Co. no chance

Winter time – cold season: Every year it rolls over our country with vehemence: the flu wave. Hundreds of people die each year from real influenza, the flu, a viral disease that can be transmitted by droplets when coughing, sneezing or talking. But also lack of hygiene, a handshake or the common use of objects is often enough to infect. Sudden high fever and headache or body aches are symptoms of the disease that manifest themselves about one to four days after infection.
